Dr.\u00a0<\/span>Fiorelys\u00a0Mendoza Morales\u00a0<\/span>is a full-time adjunct professor in the English Department at the College of General Studies, University of Puerto Rico-R\u00edo Piedras Campus, where she has taught undergraduate courses since 2014. Her work focuses on bilingual education, teacher preparation, and English as a Second Language, with particular interest in education,\u00a0translanguaging\u00a0practices, and bilingual teacher development. In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Mendoza has held leadership roles as Intermediate and Intensive Level Coordinator and has collaborated extensively with in-service teachers across Puerto Rico through professional development programs.
