With 30 years of experience teaching English at Intensive, Basic, and Intermediate levels, she has made a positive impact on students through a commitment to academic excellence and student-centered learning. Throughout her career, Saideh Mahdavi has actively contributed to the English Department by\u00a0participating\u00a0in final exam, textbook, literary contest, and Bridges committees. Additionally, she has attended and\u00a0participated\u00a0in various assessment projects and workshops at the UPR-RP, further expanding\u00a0expertise\u00a0in language acquisition and teaching methodologies.
