    José A. Ríos-Díaz is an adjunct professor in the Department of English, College of General Studies, UPR-RP. He is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership in Higher Education and Organizational Studies from Bay Path University; he holds a M.Ed. in Teaching English as a Second Language from Cambridge College and a M.A. in English Linguistics and Communications from UPR-RP. His areas of interest include public education, communication coaching, multiculturalism, higher education organizations, and ESL teaching. In addition to his service at UPR-RP, he is conducting multiple interdisciplinary projects on bilingualism and immersive communication focused on medicine, in collaboration with faculty from the Universidad Central del Caribe. He also serves as a student mentor and adjunct professor at Cambridge College.
