Dr. Fiorelys Mendoza Morales is a full-time adjunct professor in the English Department at the College of General Studies, University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras Campus, where she has taught undergraduate courses since 2014. Her work focuses on bilingual education, teacher preparation, and English as a Second Language, with particular interest in education, translanguaging practices, and bilingual teacher development. In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Mendoza has held leadership roles as Intermediate and Intensive Level Coordinator and has collaborated extensively with in-service teachers across Puerto Rico through professional development programs. Her work reflects a strong commitment to enhancing English education and fostering collaboration within a diverse community of educators.
