Registration
You must send the following documents to the Interdisciplinary and Multicultural Institute:
All students:
- Registration and Information Sheet
- Registration Terms Sheet
- Responsibility Waiver: first session or second session
- Two 2x2 photographs
- A medical certification that the student is free of communicable diseases
- A non refundable $400.00 deposit (official bank check, money order made out to Universidad de Puerto Rico). Credit cards accepted. Personal checks and cash payments are not accepted. This deposit will be applied towards the student's total payment.
- In case of a late application (after May 10, 2008), the student must also pay a $200.00 late fee.
Students taking the courses for college credit :
- An official transcript
- Students under 21 years of age must also pro vide proof of immunization that must include:
- Three or more doses of DPT
- Three or more doses of Polio (only if the student is under 19)
- Once dose of MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) or one dose of each
All these documents must be submitted prior to the student's arrival. Student admission cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
Personal checks and cash payments are not accepted
